Three people were injured on 8 June 2025 following a collision between a cement truck and a pickup truck at a frequently dangerous intersection connecting Na Yang and Nong Sala subdistricts in Cha-am district, Phetchaburi province.
Emergency responders were called to the scene of a traffic accident at the Na Don–subdistrict border intersection in Cha-am, Phetchaburi, where a cement truck overturned after colliding with a pickup truck. The impact left the pickup severely damaged and injured three individuals. Rescue personnel from Sawang Sanphet Foundation and medical staff from Cha-am Hospital provided immediate assistance before transferring the injured to the hospital.
Local residents have raised concerns about the recurring accidents at this intersection, which has seen numerous incidents in recent years. They have urged authorities to install a traffic light system to help reduce the risk and improve safety for motorists.
