PATTAYA — A payment disagreement between three Indian tourists and a Thai woman prompted a police response at a hotel on Soi Liap Chai Hat Pattaya 11 in the early hours of July 18, following conflicting accounts over agreed-upon services.

According to Pattaya police, the tourists contacted authorities alleging that a woman who had entered their room refused to leave. Officers arrived to find a woman estimated to be between 35 and 40 years old, who appeared surprised by the complaint.

The woman told police she had agreed to provide services for 3,000 baht per person, with a deposit of 1,000 baht already paid. However, after meeting her in the room, the tourists reportedly became dissatisfied, stating that her physical appearance—specifically her breast size and body shape—did not align with their expectations. They then asked her to leave without completing payment.

She claimed she requested the remaining agreed-upon fee before departing, but the men said they needed to go downstairs to exchange money. Instead, they returned with police officers.

The tourists admitted they had arranged the encounter through an entertainment venue but argued that the woman did not meet the terms they anticipated. They also stated she declined to leave when asked and demanded the full payment, leading to the call for police intervention.

Police advised both parties to come to a mutual agreement to avoid legal proceedings. The dispute ended with both sides agreeing to return the money exchanged, and no further action was taken.

Among those present during the resolution were several officers from the Pattaya Police Station, who acted as mediators in the case.
