Tragedy Unfolds: Investigation Underway in Hua Hin Double Shooting Incident
Hua Hin, March 10, 2024 – A somber atmosphere enveloped Hua Hin as Police Lieutenant Phitak Khanonkom, Deputy Inspector of Investigation, Hua Hin Police Station, received a distressing notification on March 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. The news indicated a tragic incident at a curtain making and home decoration shop on Irrigation Canal Road in Hua Hin Municipality, Prachuap Province.
Accompanied by Pol. Col. A 9mm firearm was found near her hand, meticulously preserved as potential evidence.
The tragic revelation hinted that both victims had been deceased for an estimated 5-7 days. Intriguingly, a detailed inspection of the surroundings yielded no signs of a struggle or property disturbance. Driven by the need for answers, doctors, before transporting the bodies to Hua Hin Hospital, conducted a meticulous autopsy to shed light on the circumstances surrounding this unfortunate event.
During the investigation, Mrs. A’s son, deeply distressed, provided a poignant testimony. He revealed his futile attempts to contact his mother for several days, prompting him to visit the store. There, he encountered his mother’s Mercedes parked outside, but all attempts to communicate went unanswered. Fearing the worst, he resorted to entering the premises through a shuttered window at the rear. Upon reaching the glass room, an unexpected sight met him – a locked door, the hum of the air conditioner, and a figure lying motionless, shrouded in cloth, emanating a putrid odor. Alarmed by this ominous discovery, he promptly alerted the authorities.
