Mr. Achawan Kongkanan, Director of the TAT’s Prachuap Khiri Khan Office, and Ms. Saeng Chan Kaew Prathumrasmee, Director of Tourism and Sports for Prachuap Province, signed the agreement on December 15, 2022. The Prachuap Food Festival & Powerboat 2022 will take place from December 23-25 in front of the Prachuap Governor’s mansion.
Prachuap City Deputy Mayor Mrs. Wanna Srijurangkul and Event Organizer Rep. Mr. Piyarut Phumchan, together with the Siam Powerboat 2022 are organizing the event. The hearing took place at the Thong Mongkhon Room of the Prachuap Grand Hotel, and was attended by members of the media from both the public and private sectors.
Prachuap Food Festival & Siam Powerboat 2022, as described by Mr. Achwan of the Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District, is a sport tourism activity (Sport Tourist) that will assist in adding vibrancy and excitement to Prachuap Province’s tourism industry between the end of 2022 and the New Year’s celebration.
The Planning process for similar events is going to begin in 2023. In addition to bolstering travel and leisure in Prachuap Province, it also helps the province present itself in a positive light.
