On June 25, it was reported that on the 3rd floor of the Market Village Shopping Center, Mr. Nopphon Wuttikul, the mayor of Hua Hin hosted and opened the Youth Taekwondo Championships.
This is the 3rd HUA-HIN TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP to win trophies, honors and many prizes. The market hosted 691 young men and women from all over the country who participated in the competition, committees, coaches, parents include more than 2,000 people. The competition was divided into types of fighting (Kyoruki) 6 generations, ages 5 – 10, youth / 11-17 years of youth and a type of dance (Pumsae) 8 generations, no more than 6 – 10 years of youth / 11-17 years of youth / 18 years and older and the general public.
Hua Hin Shopping Center Market Village in collaboration with Hua Hin Taekwondo Club organized the HUA-HIN TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP for the 3rd time with the potential of Ajarn Songsak Thip Nang and Ajarn Kritchai Wichasri 2, coaches with more than 20 years of experience in the Taekwondo industry. It is a tourist attraction that is ready for all the aspects. This has given rise to a trend calling for the Hua Hin Taekwondo Club to hold a Taekwondo competition to develop the potential of athletes.
This also promotes tourism in Hua Hin district. Ted Wando Hua Hin Club held the first competition during 2018 and the 2nd time in 2019, which was a good success. After refraining from holding such competitions due to the epidemic situation of COVID-19 until the current demand for the third competition, the club sees the importance of holding this competition. In addition to developing a competition system for more international standards, it also hopes to be an important warm-up match to prepare for the next national youth sports event.
