PIM’s Fondue House, Belgian-styled Shabu for friend and family gatherings.

PIM’s Fondue House welcomes all kinds of gatherings to try a traditional Belgium way of dining by dipping meat and vegetables in the heated oil and boiling soup pot. Fresh ingredients of seafood and meat and an unlimited flow of side dishes are served to keep you full and satisfied throughout the night, with the house’s homemade special dips.

The 499THB set per person comes with seafood and meat, an unlimited serving of side dishes, and 8 choices of sauces.

As a weekly family ritual, many Belgian families eat broth fondue for dinner on Friday or the weekend nights, according to the owner Khun Pim, who had stayed abroad for years and absorbed its true dining essence and passion to spread to Hua Hin locals. The broth fondue comes with 2 styles to select: boiling or deep-frying, and with 3 options of meat set to pick, which are pork (sliced pork, pork meatballs, and sausages), pork and fish (sliced pork, shrimps, and white seagrass fish), or seafood (shrimps, scallops, squids, and New Zealand mussels).

Set the deep-frying pot to 180 degrees Celcius to cook meat and seafood.
Fresh and juicy mussels.
Despite squids, shrimp, sausages, mussels, pork, and chicken being deeply fried, they do not hold oil. The key is to keep the temperature at 180 degrees Celcius and dip your meat for about 10 seconds.

The side dishes, such as French fries, French bread, baked potato, tomato salad, cucumber salad, and carrot and cabbage salad, are cooked fresh and served unlimitedly along with the set. The 8 types of homemade sauces such as cocktail, barbeque, chili, garlic, black pepper, cheese, curry, and Italian are the highlights on the table that adds favors and fun to everyone.

Some examples of side dishes: tomato salad, and carrot and cabbage salad, served unlimitedly throughout the night.
A selection of homemade sauces in 8 different styles for your cooked meat and seafood: Garlic, Italian, Cocktail, Cheese, Black Pepper, Barbeque, Curry, and BBQ.

The recommended combinations suggested by the house are:

1. Boiled or deep-fried scallops with garlic sauce and lime

2. Deep-fried sausages and bacon with cheese sauce

3. Deep-fried pork with BBQ sauce and a glass of red wine

4. Fried pork with curry sauce (typical Belgian style)

5. Boiled shrimps with garlic sauce and a glass of red wine.

Shrimp served here are very fresh and big. The recommended temperature for boiling meat is 200 degrees Celcius.
Wine is served at an extra charge. It is a must drink to go with your fondue dinner.
