Khao Takieb to Khao Tao Songkran Saturday Morning Beach Run/Walk/Hike + All Friendly Dogs.
Park at the ferry terminal and meet directly on the beach in front of Anantasila at 6:45am.

The goal is to keep the entire run/walk/hike at 99 minutes, with your heart rate staying in the easy Zone 2 range. Start out heading south along the beach towards Khao Tao for exactly 50 minutes, and then turn around and head directly back to the starting point and try to make it back in 49 minutes. Just keep it at 99 minutes total. We should all be starting and finishing at the exact same time (8:39am)
