Fundraising Gala Dinner

Chiva-Som’s second fundraising gala dinner for Krailart Niwate, the mangrove preservation project to protect Hua Hin’s last remaining mangrove forest, will be held on 12th December at Chiva-Som’s Taste of Siam restaurant.

This year, Michelin-starred Chef Dan Bark partners with Chiva-Som’s Executive Chef, Sinchai Srivipa, to present an exquisite eight-course tasting menu of wellness cuisine. All proceeds after expenses from the evening will go towards our Krailart Niwate mangrove project, preserving our environment for future generations.

Krailart Niwate is the result of a collaboration between Chiva-Som, the Hua Hin municipality and Silpakorn University. Together, they have created the first ‘green’ ecotourism centre in Hua Hin, providing mangrove preservation and education to students as well as the general public.
