Dancesplosion is back! – join the new Improv Dance jouney
Improv Dance is a form of ecstatic dance, free style dance, moving meditation, mana movement and dance expression. 
What to expect…..
We start with a few short exercises to loosen up the body, release tension and let the energy flow. 
After this, you can create your own intuitive and spontaneous dance movements and express yourself freely to the different uplifting Afro-Tribal rhythms.
During the last part
We will all gather in the middle of the room for a LIVE handpan steel drum playing and meditations 
to guarantee your spot please use the QR code in the event post and pay the entry fee
