On 19 May 2025, the provincial administration of Prachuap Khiri Khan convened its first meeting to review and revise the provincial education development plan for 2025 under the 2023–2027 framework. The session aimed to assess educational challenges and update strategic directions accordingly.

The meeting, held at the Provincial Education Office on the second floor of the administration building, focused on revising the current educational development plan covering the years 2023 to 2027. This marks the first session in 2025 dedicated to adjusting the plan to better reflect the province’s educational needs and changing conditions.
Discussions centered on identifying problems, analyzing existing educational environments, and gathering input from various sectors to ensure that the revised plan aligns with local needs. Participants evaluated both structural and policy-related factors affecting education in the region, with the goal of enhancing learning outcomes and administrative efficiency.

The updated plan is expected to incorporate insights from recent developments and challenges in the province’s educational landscape, serving as a roadmap for future improvements.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Governor Prateep Boriboonrat, acting on behalf of Governor Sitthichai Sawatsan. Also in attendance were Angkana Numwat, the Provincial Education Officer, along with education personnel, government department heads, and representatives from related agencies.
