On 19 May 2025, municipal officials inspected ongoing roadworks at Suan Luang Queen’s Park 19 Rai in Hua Hin to assess compliance with construction standards and progress on asphalt resurfacing.

A site visit was conducted to inspect the resurfacing project at Suan Luang Queen’s Park 19 Rai, located along the northern palace perimeter in Hua Hin. The project involves overlaying the existing road surface with asphalt concrete to improve durability and traffic conditions.
During the inspection, officials assessed the density and thickness of the new asphalt surface. Testing confirmed that the asphalt layer exceeded the required thickness of 5 centimeters, indicating compliance with construction specifications. Upcoming work includes lane markings and the replacement of drainage covers. These efforts aim to enhance road safety and ease disruptions for local commuters.

The inspection was attended by the acting Hua Hin mayor and municipal clerk, along with engineering department officials, project supervisors, and the contractor team.
