The initiative, part of the province’s annual cultural program for the 2025 fiscal year, seeks to highlight and celebrate exemplary behavior within the community. Two categories are open for nominations: one for youth aged 13 to 25, and another for adults aged 26 and over. One awardee will be selected in each category.
According to the provincial culture office, the purpose of the awards is to raise public awareness of positive role models and to promote ethical conduct across Thai society. Awardees will be individuals whose actions and character serve as inspiration and motivation for others.

The campaign is organized by the Culture Office of Prachuap Khiri Khan under its continuing effort to support moral development and civic recognition in the province.
