On March 17, 2025, at 1:30 PM, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University formalized an academic cooperation agreement with Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan provinces. The signing ceremony, held at the Phanom Kaewkamnoed Conference Room in Sumet Tantivejkul Building, marked a commitment to fostering local development in economic, social, environmental, educational, and cultural sectors through research and innovation.

Assistant Professor Dr. Sanae Klinngam, President of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, emphasized the significance of this partnership in strengthening community resilience. The agreement aims to enhance personnel capabilities, develop community-based knowledge systems, and facilitate research-driven innovation. Key focus areas include strategic planning for community development, data system structuring, and communication of development initiatives. Additionally, the cooperation seeks to improve the quality of life in various aspects while consolidating academic insights for long-term development strategies.

Dr. Sanae further noted that the university’s commitment to community-driven initiatives has earned it the top position in the Sustainable Community Development (SCD) University Rankings for four consecutive years. The institution has worked closely with public and private sectors to elevate local products and promote their commercial viability.
Air Chief Marshal Chalit Pukphasuk, President of the University Council, attended the event as a witness. He highlighted the university’s central role in bridging cooperation among stakeholders to align local development strategies with national policies. Following the signing ceremony, he toured an exhibition showcasing collaborative academic and practical efforts in regional development, accompanied by provincial and university officials.
