Pranburi-Sam Roi Yot Unveils New Natural Tourist Attractions

On March 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Miss Plai Fah Thongdonnom, the reigning Miss Thailand Prachuap Khiri Khan, participated in the launch of new natural tourist attractions in Pranburi and Sam Roi Yot, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The event aimed to promote tourism by highlighting key local destinations, including Pranburi Beach, traditional fishing villages, historical temples, and a paragliding demonstration—activities that appeal to eco-tourists and cultural travelers.

During the event, Miss Plai Fah led a tour of the coastline and fishing piers at Khao Kalok, offering visitors a glimpse into the daily lives of local fishermen. She also performed a paragliding demonstration, drawing on her experience as a former national athlete. Additionally, she paid respects to a Buddha statue inside Wat Khao Kalok. The activities will be presented as part of a campaign to attract more tourists to the region.

Dr. Jit Sirikhorn Notim, owner of the Im Aok Im Jai seafood restaurant and a key supporter of the event, stated that Miss Plai Fah was crowned Miss Thailand Prachuap Khiri Khan 2025 on February 14 by the provincial governor. Following her win, she has taken on the role of cultural and tourism ambassador for the province and is set to compete in the national Miss Thailand pageant later this year.

Beyond her role in tourism promotion, Miss Plai Fah has an accomplished background in paragliding. She has won two bronze medals at the Southeast Asian Games in Indonesia, eight gold medals at Thailand’s National Games in Suphan Buri, and two gold medals at the Thailand Junior Paragliding Championships in 2012.
