The event is scheduled to take place from April 25 to May 4, 2025, at Chalerm Phrakiat R.9 Park. The meeting focused on organizing key activities, ensuring smooth event execution, and planning visitor accommodations.
Held in the Singkhon meeting room at the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Hall, the session was chaired by Deputy Governor Preeda Sookjai. Provincial Governor Sittichai Swatsaen also provided guidance on event management. Various organizing committees, including those overseeing the opening parade, main stage performances, and amusement park attractions, participated in discussions.
