Hua Hin Municipality hosted a group of third-year students from Phetchaburi Rajabhat University on February 28, 2025, as part of their academic study tour. The visit focused on sustainable learning sites within the municipality and the process of applying for the Green Destinations Top 100 Stories ranking, in which Hua Hin has been selected for evaluation.
The students, specializing in tourism, hospitality, events, and international restaurant management from the College of Food Innovation and Service Industry, attended a briefing on the municipality’s sustainability efforts. The session was led by Kanokwan Sriarun, Director of the Strategy and Budget Division, who provided insights into Hua Hin’s approach to sustainable tourism development.
The study tour was guided by lecturer Kamol Kiatpong and took place at the Nares Damri meeting room at Hua Hin Municipality’s office. Officials and faculty members were also in attendance to support the students’ learning experience.
