The Hua Hin Tourist Service Center, a key hub for both Thai and international visitors, has undergone significant renovations to enhance its facilities and improve the overall visitor experience. The project, led by Hua Hin Mayor Nopporn Wuttikul and Hua Hin Lions Club President Pramote Thanyakulsatcha, was officially launched on February 18, 2023, at the iconic clock tower in Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
The renovation, funded by the Hua Hin Lions Club with a budget of 150,000 baht, included the construction of a new awning, installation of vinyl pictures, and a fresh coat of paint for both the interior and exterior of the center. Additionally, the layout and design were reorganized to create a more welcoming and efficient space for tourists. The upgrades aim to make the center more visually appealing and functional, ensuring it meets the needs of the growing number of visitors to the area.

Once the renovations are completed, the center will be staffed regularly by officers from the Tourist Police, Provincial Police, and members of the Hua Hin Lions Club. These personnel will provide essential information and assistance to both foreign tourists and Thai visitors entering the Hua Hin city area. The official reopening of the upgraded center is scheduled for March 5, 2023.
The project underscores Hua Hin’s commitment to boosting its tourism infrastructure and ensuring a positive experience for visitors. The collaboration between local government and community organizations like the Lions Club highlights the importance of public-private partnerships in driving regional development.
Attendees at the launch event included Mayor Nopporn Wuttikul, Lions Club President Pramote Thanyakulsatcha, and members of the club’s executive committee. The renovation initiative reflects Hua Hin’s ongoing efforts to position itself as a premier destination for both domestic and international travelers.
