The Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) in Prachuap Khiri Khan announced that water supply has resumed following repairs completed on February 5, 2025, at 03:30 AM. However, the system is not yet operating at full capacity. Although efforts were made to restore service and alleviate the disruption to local residents, water is not flowing at 100% across all areas.

The delay is due to air trapped in the water pipes, which may cause additional damage to the infrastructure if the water flow is restored too quickly. In areas located at the end of the water supply line, water may arrive later than usual or remain weak. Some locations may still experience a lack of water flow or low pressure. The PWA expects normal water distribution to be restored by the evening of the same day.
