On October 13, 2023, Mr. Nopporn Wuttikun, the Mayor of Hua Hin, led a cycling procession in Hua Hin. The event was organized by the Hua Hin Cycling Enthusiasts Club and took place at the Phra Ratchawang Public Park, Khet Phetchaburi.
Accompanying Mayor Nopporn were Mr. Cheep Suksi and Miss Nonglak Phadungthot, municipal council members, as well as Mr. Jirawat Phraamnuey, the municipal secretary. They participated in this cycling initiative alongside the Hua Hin Cycling Enthusiasts Club. This event was held to coincide with the anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Rama IX, also known as “King Rama IX Memorial Day.” The occasion served as a solemn reminder of the immeasurable grace and contributions of the late revered monarch. During the commemorative event, cyclists pedaled through the vicinity, paying tribute to the late king. This event took place in front of the Hua Hin Railway Station
