Outstanding Achievements Recognized at 14th Thailand Tourism Awards

In a recent announcement by Mr. Achawan Kongkanan, Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Prachuap Khiri Khan Office, the results of the highly anticipated Thailand Tourism Awards No. 14 for the year 2023 have been unveiled. These prestigious awards recognize the outstanding contributions of tourism industry players, both public and private, within Prachuap Province. The accolades bestowed include the esteemed Thailand Tourism Gold Awards, the distinguished Thailand Tourism Silver Awards, and the coveted Thailand Tourism Industry Award certificates.

In the category of tourist attractions geared towards learning, the accolade of Outstanding Thailand Tourism Silver Awards was deservedly presented to the Monsoon Valley Vineyard in Hua Hin, accompanied by a certificate of honor for the Sea Turtle and Coral Learning Center at Koh Talu, managed by Salika Travel Company in the Natural Attractions Branch.

The much-coveted Outstanding Thailand Tourism Gold Awards found their way to the Sirinat Rajini Mangrove Forest Ecosystem Learning Center in Pranburi, representing excellence in the Natural Tourism Attraction category. In the same category, the prestigious Outstanding Thailand Tourism Silver Awards were granted to Huai Yang Waterfall National Park and Hat Wanakorn National Park.

In the Community Tourism Category, the Outstanding Thailand Tourism Silver Awards recognized the exceptional efforts of Community Tourism Enterprise, Ban Thung Pradu, Thap Sakae, and Ban Ma Rong Bang Saphan communities.

Within the Tourist Accommodation Category, the Resort Category witnessed the Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa claim the coveted Outstanding Thailand Tourism Gold Awards. Meanwhile, the Baan Talay Dao Hotel in Hua Hin received the esteemed Outstanding Thailand Tourism Silver Awards. The Mövenpick Hotel Asara Resort & Spa Hua Hin was also commended with a certificate of honor.

In the realm of Health Tourism, the Wellness & Spa Retreat Category saw the prestigious Thailand Tourism Gold Awards being presented to the renowned Chiva-Som International Health Resort in Hua Hin. The Spa category honored the Cape Spa at the Cape Nidhra Hotel in Hua Hin with the Outstanding Thailand Tourism Silver Awards for their excellence.

Notably, the Sirinat Rajini Mangrove Forest Ecosystem Learning Center in Pranburi earned a certificate of recognition for its exceptional efforts in the type of tourist attraction category. Additionally, the Baan Talay Dao Hotel in Hua Hin was acknowledged for its contribution to tourist accommodation.

Mr. Achawan Kongkanan extended his heartfelt congratulations to the tourism industry stakeholders, government agencies, private sector organizations, and the community tourism sector of Prachuap Province for their well-deserved recognition at the 14th Tourism Industry Awards.
