The event “The 25th Red Cross and Good Things in Hua Hin District” was announced at a press conference that was held by the Red Cross on March 15, 2023.
More than 20 different agencies were brought in tuk-tuks by the Chief of the Hua Hin District, General Krit Phuangvalaisin, so they could tour the city. As part of the “25th Hua Hin Red Cross and Good Things” event, which was scheduled to take place from March 31st to April 9th, 2023, at the courtyard activity 25 rai, Soi Hua Hin 102, behind the Blue Port Hua Hin Shopping Center, there was a red cross macaw booth for charity at the event. This served several purposes, including raising awareness of the event among the general public and among tourists, adding color and interest to the event, and generating publicity for the event.
The mayor of Hua Hin invited the deputy mayor of Hua Hin, Ms. Pailin Kongpan, as well as the deputy mayor of Hua Hin Municipality, Mr. Jeerawat Prahmanee, to take part in the press conference.
Along with Mrs. Usa Puangvalaisin, President of the Hua Hin District Red Cross; Mrs. Wasana Srikanchana, President of the Hua Hin/CCha-am Tourism Business Association; and Pol. Lt. Col. Jakraphat Janthiang, deputy superintendent of the Hua Hin Police Station, General Krit Phuangvalaisin, Sheriff of Hua Hin, presided over the press conference as chairman. In the province of Prachuap Khiri Khan, the gathering was held in front of the Blue Port Hua Hin Resort Mall. There were representatives from the agency, important guests, and members of the media all present.
