Red Cross Bazaar Raises 10 Million Baht

During its three-day run in Bangkok’s Siam Paragon, the 56th Diplomatic Red Cross Market allegedly raised 10 million baht.

The annual worldwide shopping fair, conducted from February 25-28, 2023, collected around 10 million baht for charity, according to Khan Prachuabmoh, Director of the Thai Red Cross Society’s Fundraising Department. The yearly festival tempted customers with a wide range of low-cost products from all over the world, including food, consumer goods, fashion, accessories, and home decorations.

In addition to these shops and food vendors, the bazaar had a lottery for anyone who wished to try their luck. On March 21, the raffle winners will be revealed on the company’s Facebook page.

The festival is a huge success, with Thai and foreign items swiftly selling out. According to the Thai Red Cross, the funds will be provided to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and charity health charities in order to make healthcare services more accessible to those in need.
