BMA Reveals Children’s Day Activities

From January 6 to 22, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) will host children’s day events.

This year’s festivities will take place in the capital’s two children’s museums, 34 youth centers, and the Bangkok City Library, according to Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt.

The governor also stated that if youngsters are interested in visiting his office, he is open to the notion.

He went on to say that the BMA’s events are centered on activities that foster the growth of children and young people, as well as inspire a love of reading and self-improvement.

The ‘Play it Forward’ activity at the 1st Bangkok Children’s Museum in Chatuchak area is one of the centerpieces of the Children’s Day events on January 14. The activity underlines the subject of living together in the contemporary period without damaging nature through playing, inventing, and planting trees.

Furthermore, the ‘Tomorrow Land’ activity will be held in the other Children’s Museum in Thung Khru district, with an emphasis on promoting skill development and scientific learning in order to prepare the next generation for the new century.

Meanwhile, an activity fostering observant and analytical abilities will be held at the ‘Mystery Library’ event at the Bangkok City Library in Phra Nakhon area.
