Andreanna Bakery’s Sunday Carvery Roast is available every Sunday, starting from noon, with a selection of choices of New Zealand lamb, pork belly, prime Australia beef, and butter-roasted stuffed chicken. All are served with vegetables, and a variety of special sauces.
The preparation of the meat for the Sunday Roast starts the day before, including selecting and seasoning the meat. On early Sunday morning, the prepared meat such as New Zealand legs of lamb, pork belly, Australian beef, and stuffed chicken is roasted fresh. The highlight is the pork belly that is slow roasted for four hours and baked for half an hour in the oven. These come with mixed vegetables, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflowers. There are sauces to choose from such as gravy, mushroom sauce, and gluten-free sauce. Moreover, there are choices for vegetarians, as well.
The British chef and owner of Andreanna’s Bakery, Andy, who had years of experience running Anantasila resort, pours his food passion and cooking expertise into every dish he created by himself. Besides his special Sunday brunch, he offers high-quality and affordable bread options such as Ciabatta, Dark Rye, Multigrain, Sourdough, and Baguette, and meat pies. Other pastries that you can find are croissants and dessert pies. Main courses are also served here such as pasta, grills, and something lighter like sandwiches and salads can also be added to your order. Most importantly, the restaurant has over 14 selections of breakfast to choose from to kick start your morning.
