Hua Hin does indeed have a few pizza places, but perhaps not as storied as Pizza Garden. It first opened 9 years ago, before eventually changing hands. Mario Aielle, the current owner, took possession of the restaurant 2 years ago with a few partners. Eventually the other partners dropped away leaving Mario as the sole owner. Mario added his own flair but also inherited a competent and trusted team as well, adding numerous new tasty dishes to an ever increasing client base.
Pizza Garden already has a good reputation around town, and the people we talked to, told us that it was there go to pizza place. With certain favourite pizzas already on their list. They use a wood fired brick oven which produces a crisp and very tasty pizza complimented with a variety of imported toppings. Over 20 styles of Pizza from simple Margherita, to the seafoods, the salami and the vegetarians!
Additionally, their kitchen offers a variety of home made and dry pastas, seafood pasta dishes, a variety of fish and delicious tenderloin steaks. Their Thai Chef, Khun Orasa, was trained by an Italian Master Chef and worked with Italian Cuisine for 10 years! We can certainly taste the talent!
