Bakeries are indeed aplenty in Hua Hin, but when you find a really good one, you want to almost keep it to yourself! We checked out the Bakery on the weekend and were introduced to the owner Andy, who has been a resident of Hua Hin for quite a while. He ran Anantasila resort for nearly 3 years & it shows. His passion for food shows in his love of roasts, pasta, Thai food & hand making daily bread & pies. Andy’s get a bunch of experience in both baking and as a chef, which is evidenced in his delicious breads and pies from Andreanna’s Bakery
Andreanna’s Bakery Croissant & Coffee Special
A marvellous start to the day, fresh coffee made from local northern beans, a morning made croissant with cheese and ham and a side of salad. All this for 99 baht, its certainly a temptation to start my day this way!
Pies – Oh glorious Pies!
Andreanna’s Bakery really have some amazing pies that suit our taste just right! Enough runny liquids to remind us of home and delicious all the way through. The secret is short crust on the base and puff on the top. There is a broad range of flavours to be enjoyed, and furthermore they have a great dine in offer of pie, mash, peas and gravy!
Sandwiches – As you please at Andreanna’s Bakery
Andreanna’s Bakery also have a range of delicious sandwiches that look just great! You pick your bread, then your filling and finally your dressing. The result is a great looking sandwich made to your choosing.
A good range of Breads
Andy but of course as a baker specialises in breads, ranging from sourdoughs to multi grains and many more.
You got to try their Sunday roast, unfortunately we did not get the chance, but starting from 199 Baht and already receiving so many recommendations from residents of Hua Hin, this is certainly on our list of soon to try! Andy also tells us that there is a new menu coming, which gives another reason for return.
